Return and Refund Policy

• At QuickSolutions, we strive to provide the best quality products and reliable services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, returns, or cancellations are applicable.

• 1. Product Purchases (RO Purifiers, UPS, Batteries, CCTV, etc.)

• Products once sold can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or not functioning as per manufacturer standards.
• Customers must report any product defects within 7 days of delivery/installation.
• Replacement or repair will be provided as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair will not be eligible for return or refund.

• 2. Service Charges (Repairs & Installations)

• Service charges paid for installation, repair, or maintenance are non-refundable once the service is completed.
• If a service cannot be completed due to technical or availability issues from our side, customers may request a reschedule or partial refund.

• 3. CSC & TN e-Sevai Services

• Payments made for government-related services through CSC & TN e-Sevai are non-refundable, as fees are governed by official norms.
• Once a request is submitted to the concerned authority, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

• 4. Cancellations

• Orders for products may be cancelled before dispatch/installation. Once dispatched or installed, cancellations will not be accepted.
• Service bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charges.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

• 5. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• QuickSolutions reserves the right to verify claims and approve refunds on a case-by-case basis.
